Secure Your World is an Australian security marketplace, connecting customers with trusted products, sellers and installers across home, commercial and smart security. Web Force 5 partnered with Secure Your World to replatform their ecommerce website to BigCommerce, creating a stronger foundation for product discovery, search visibility and future growth.
Challenge
Secure Your World needed an ecommerce platform that could better support a growing product catalogue, marketplace functionality and a more streamlined customer experience.The existing site was becoming harder to manage and less suited to the scale of the business. With a broad range of security products, seller requirements and customer pathways to consider, the project needed to balance platform performance, usability, SEO and commercial flexibility.
