Vorgee is a leading Australian swimwear and accessories brand, known for its focus on performance, durability, and design across both recreational and competitive swimming markets. They engaged Web Force 5 to deliver a refreshed ecommerce experience that better reflects the strength of the brand while improving usability, scalability, and day-to-day manageability for their team.
Challenge
The existing site was limiting both the customer experience and internal efficiency. Navigation lacked clarity across key product categories, the user journey to purchase wasn’t as streamlined as it needed to be, and managing content and product updates required more effort than it should.
There was also an opportunity to better showcase the breadth of the product range while supporting a more flexible, campaign-ready structure for future growth.
Our Approach
We focused on simplifying the user experience while strengthening the overall structure of the site.

The site is built on Shopify using the Horizon theme, providing a modern, flexible foundation that allows for faster deployment, cleaner performance, and easier ongoing updates without heavy custom development.
Just as importantly, we considered how the Vorgee team would manage the site post-launch. By leveraging Shopify’s native tools, including Sidekick, the team is able to make faster updates, generate content, and manage products more efficiently without relying on developers for day-to-day changes.
UX Restructure
We simplified the category hierarchy and improved filtering logic, allowing customers to quickly identify products by age, performance level and use case.
Visual Modernisation
We refreshed layout systems and visual hierarchy to reflect a performance-driven, high-energy brand identity.
Product Page Optimisation
PDP layouts were reworked to emphasise key selling points, improve the clarity of technical specifications, highlight trust signals, and support cross-sell opportunities.
Performance & Scalability
We ensured the platform was structured for future expansion, including wholesale functionality and global distribution requirements.
