Harrison Riedel Foundation
The Harrison Riedel Foundation is an Australian charity dedicated to preventing youth suicide through early intervention and support-seeking behaviours. Web Force 5 partnered with the Foundation to design and deploy an accessible digital ecosystem on the Continuum platform, supporting both the Foundation's mission and the YourCrew app community.
Challenge
The digital experience needed to feel safe, supportive and approachable for young users, while also providing clear information and resources for parents, schools, educators and supporters. Accessibility, usability and long-term sustainability were critical requirements throughout the project.

At a business level, the project needed to create a trusted and accessible platform that could support the Foundation's mission while remaining easy to manage and maintain over time.
Research and Discovery
We worked closely with the Foundation team to understand user needs, accessibility requirements and the operational demands of supporting both the website and YourCrew mobile application.
Information architecture and UX strategy
The platform architecture was designed to prioritise clarity, trust and ease of use, ensuring users could quickly access support resources, educational content and app-related information.
Wireframing and interaction design
WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility practices were implemented throughout the project, including clear content hierarchy, keyboard navigation, responsive layouts and accessible content structures.
Integration and development
The website was built and deployed on the Web Force 5 Continuum platform, providing a scalable, high-performance solution with streamlined content management capabilities.
Testing and refinement
Comprehensive testing ensured accessibility, performance and usability standards were met across all devices. Ongoing support continues through the Web Force 5 Give Back Program
